I cannot move announcements up and down under edit site pages. I just tried to do that with a new announcement for the Home Page and it could not be moved. I also tried to move another page on Edit Site Pages, and it cannot be moved either. I get about 10 yellow lines under the announcement, and it just stays there. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm having the exact same problem when I try to move a page up or down using Edit Site Pages. When I click on the 4-sided arrow on the left side, a whole bunch of solid yellow lines appear underneath the page, and everything is frozen.
