When I go to the site without being logged in, all the content is pushed to the bottom of the page with all white space above. This is happening on a Mac in all browsers. Once you log in the white space goes away and the page displays correctly. Can I fix this so the extra white space won't appear at all?

The Mahopac banner at the top of your page was just slightly too wide for the space that was available. I just bumped it down just a hair in size and now it fits fine. To learn why this is a problem in Firefox and in Safari check out this thread.
