I got the following message from one of my classmates (I'm the administrator):

Scott, I have tried numerous times to sign on with my password. I even got it e-mailed to me and tried again and again. It will not let me log on. Can you help me get this fixed? Thanks. Bobby

Any ideas?

have the classmate clear out their cookies. This is probably the problem.

You can go in as administrator, delete that person's password, create a new one then give it to them. They, then log on using that password and create their own new password. Good luck. Tam

Ask this person EXACTLY what email address and password they are typing into the system. I'll bet ya anything one or the other does not match the record in the system. Once you have this information you also have the ability to resolve this situation. I.E.:

If the email does not match, change the email. If the email does match, then reset this person's password. One of these two things is going to resolve this issue.
