Password reset problem

I have a classmate that requested a password reset. I have done literally dozens of these before. However, when I go to his profile, it does not give me that option. Would you check into that please, the classmate's name is Karl Warnke. Thanks.

Karl doesn't have a password - he has never signed in. Tell him to click your Classmate Profiles, then click on his name. He is probably having problems because your Classmate Profiles page is password protected, so he cannot click on that page to fill out his profile information. Maybe he just wants your website password so that he can access your Classmate Profiles page so he can sign up for your website.

I'll tell him that. That was my first thought as well, but if that's the case, how did the addresses end up as part of his profile?

They were probably part of the UPLOAD process.
