I have a totally Luddite Classmate who has no computer let alone Internet Access.
I want to print out all the Classmate Profile pages and mail them to him for his birthday.

But when I select a Profile page and hit print, only the top portion of the Profile is reproduced - only as much as will fit on a page.
Scrolling down to make the next section visible in the screen does not help - only the top portion is again printed.

Is there any solution to this?

Thanks for your advice.

Michael

We have discovered that the IM feature is causing this issue and we are looking for a fix now. Until the fix is implemented, you'll need to turn off the IM by clicking the X in the IM box. Print your pages. You can then turn your IM back on in your Edit Profile page or by closing your browser and logging back in to the site.

Again we are in search of a better fix right now.

I assume IM means Instant Messaging.
Turning it off made no difference to the problem.
Perhaps I misunderstood what you meant.

How did you turn it off? Try clicking Edit Profile and temporarily removing the checkmark for Instant Messaging. Then reload the page you want to print, making sure no Instant Messaging window is active on the page. Now print. Any luck?

It makes no difference.
To recap:
I hit Manage Classmates
I click the Classmate whose Profile I want to print in the Edit Profile column
I uncheck IM checkbox in the Profile.
I save changes
I go back to Classmate Profiles and ask for Print Preview.
It still shows only one page (the top) avilable for printing.

I figured it out.

The way in is not through "Edit Profile"

I went to "Preferences" and right at the bottom unchecked the Global IM option.
That did it.

Yes it really is through Edit Profile. I only wanted you to turn off your own personal Instant Messaging. If you do it through the global Preferences link you're turning it off for all of your Classmates too.
