Need to have RSVP for reunion

We are having a reunion for all 1970's classes and I would like to use the "survey maker" as a way to get RSVP's however I need people who are not members of the site (classmates from other years) to also use the "survey maker". How can I set it up so that anyone can use "survey maker"?

The survey maker can only be used by someone who signs in. It cannot be used by visitors to your website. You would need to add those who want to come to your reunion as guests of your website and then they could sign in and say they want to attend the reunion.
