I don't know if this is a feature that only I have brought up or not, but would it be possible to create distribution lists within the Email The Class feature? For instance, setting up a list that contains only the committee members. This way, everytime that the committee members need to be emailed, the sender doesn't have to go through and check each box.

Just a thought that came to mind cuz I use the feature at work, in Outlook all the time.

Mailing lists are coming. I just checked the Task List and it's gunna be awhile for that. But yes, this exact thing is coming.

Any chance that in the short term a column could be added to the classmate list that shows their current status? Would be nice to be able to select/deselect based on whether they have updated their profile, etc. Even just visual indicators similar to the classmates profile page would help. That way we could at least direct specific emails to those that have not updated a profile, loaded photos, etc.

The following preselection options are coming to that page. If any of you can think of any more we need let me know:

Select all
Deselect All
Select Classmates who have joined
Select Classmates who have not joined
Select Classmates who have not added Profile photos
Select Classmates who have not updated Profile in 6 months or more
Select Clasmates who served in the military
Select Classmates who have joined in the past 4 weeks
Select Classmates who have indicated they are attending the reunion
Select Classmates who have not indicated they are attending the reunion
