How do I issue a refund if there are no funds in my account?

Option 1 is to send them a check personally. Option 2 is to send us a check and we will add the funds back to your account so that you can process the refund through the system. If you are sending us a check, please include details on what the check is for, your site name and your contact info in case we need to contact you. We are sending a check directly to someone who had a medical event, but how can I cancel the transaction so it does not show up on every list I print for nametags, menu, etc?
