Brad....I have been trying to add a classmate to our administrator list for a few weeks now....I had received an e mail from I though one of your staff telling me to go to the classmates "detail" section and click the box for administrator. I have checked every day for about two weeks and do not find such a box on the classmates detail page. I am some what confused. (I know you find that hard to believe but I am) Are we limited to home many we are allowed?

1) Click your Manage Classmates link
2) Click the Enter/Edit Classmates button
3) Click the Details link next to the Classmate's name
4) Place a checkmark to the right of "Grand Admin Access"

That checkbox really is there.

But you have to be the root administrator...

You'll need to have the individual who ia assigned as the root administrator add new administrators. The root administrators initials for your site is TS

Ok I have had three people walk through this with me and we do not see the "BOX"

I am sorry to be a pain but how do I become the root manager?
