we have just activated our first survey and notified our classmates it's on the site, however, they can not answer the questions. did we do something wrong? how do we correct this??.......betty

Yes, you did something wrong. I have deactivated the survey until you do the following steps...

Go to Survey Maker, EDIT SURVEY for your new survey.
Scroll down to the bottom, click the ADD ANOTHER QUESTION button. (Called "ADD A QUESTION" for first question)
Copy/Paste the question from above in the editor (I have already done the first one for you)
Choose YES/NO as the type of question (unless it is a different type of question)
Repeat for next question(s)

Edit the content editor for the survey and remove your static text survey questions.

Save the survey
Activate the survey.
