Emails not being received

Recently (10/12/25) I emailed all the class concerning our 80th Luncheon updates. To the best of my knowledge nobody received that email. That includes me, Neal Kloepfer. Another classmate received an email and when he clicked on, more, he was informed that it was fraud. That was about six months ago. He only uses his iphone. Neal Kloepfer, root administrator

I am having the same problem -- email not received by random classmates. I have sent help requests four times now, I think, and get absolutely no response. Anybody know how to get action from them? Is next step contacting a lawyer? I'm admin for Lewis and Clark class off 1964, Spokane, WA. Any help or info greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Neil, I checked your message and it was opened by some - the read count is 70 as of right now I checked the logs and it looks like some external system flagged the last message for content reasons. A short message mentioning donations may have been enough to trigger their content filtering. If you do send it again I would reword it to include more information, details about the event, how the donations would be used etc to increase the likelihood of delivery. Jessica

Several of my classmates are telling me that they are not receiving anything from the website, were they have in the past. No emails or any other notifications (such as birthdays of people they are following; or postings to their profile page). Some are receiving just fine. I don't know how to trouble-shoot this. I need help.

I have the same situation. One response I finally got says it's a hotmail problem, even though the ones I know are not receiving email don't use hotmail. I've sent numerous requests. I did get a response a day or so ago but it involved downloading some kind of certificate update. I haven't received a reply to my questions about that. I hope Class Creator gets on the ball and fixes this problem. We paid through October 2030 and are not getting what we paid for. Very disappointing, because CC is/was a great site and always responded quickly.
