I have a Classmate / User who cannot log in. She continues to get an error message "Invalid Login or Password".

Her name is Sharron Kappelman

Her e-mail skapp63.sh@gmail.com has not changed. I reset her password to a specific password with still the same message. I selected the "Reset Password" which she tried and it still failed.

Could you please take a look at it for us?

Try to login as her and see what you get.

If you can it could also be something to do with Browser cookie setting?

Thanks for the suggestion. I had already tried that and it wasn't working for me either, I was stymied! Can't help having my classmate using a phone to access the Website. I tried all kinds of things also making sure my cache was cleared. For some unknown reason, I finally got it to work. She is now online!!

I had the same thing happen today. I changed a password for a classmate, and when she tried to log on, she got the same message as you got in your original post. After a couple more tries, she logged on successfully. Gremlins lurking?
