You could choose the option of: POPOUT: Plays music in a separate window (best for continuous play). This would at least be off the page but still allow the user the ability to control the player.

You could move it to the bottom of your home page.. On Playlist we could change all the dimensions to 0, which would make it disappear, but, the music still played.. Not sure you can do that with all players..

Actually, I found that if you add the following code into the tag, it will hide the player: style="display:block;width:0px;height:0px;visibility:hidden;"

It has to be included in the embed code that we provide for the widget just to the left of the close carrot... >

Hi Scott, I have tried to insert the tag to hide the music player but it is still visible on the In Memory page. Can you assist and tell me where exactly to insert the tag? Thanks.

I can't seem to hid the playlist. On the homepage, it's at the bottom. On our In Memory page I can't hide it either.

Ah - I see what is happening. You pasted the code into the preview view rather than the Source view. I fixed it for the homepage. Please go to that announcement and view the Source. Take a look at where I entered the code and then see if you can do that in the In Memory page. Remember, anytime you are adding code to the page, it must be in the Source view (click the Source button in the upper left corner of the editor).

BINGO !! I figured the script had to be placed incorrectly and you found the error of my ways. I followed your lead and took care of the In Memeory page so all is well. Scott, Thank you

Is it possible to have "At the Zoo" play as classmates open an email notice or the Reunion registration? We are planning our 45th at the Fort Worth Zoo and I thought it would be clever. I have purchased the song from iTunes.

Unfortunately, you cannot send music via an email and have it play like you are requesting. They would need to be at your site on a page with the player enabled.

Since this is an iTunes file, you will need to convert this to an MP3 file. You can google instructions for doing this. Also see this: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1550 Once you have an MP3, you can use our Playlist Generator to build a player and upload your MP3 file to the file vault. See the Playlist Generator for further instruction. I am here as well of course.

Though it is not possible in email, I like the idea on your reunion details page or another. Fun!

I wanted to change a wav file to a Mp3. Found a free online converter that does it in a flash and gives you file to save! Try www.Audioformat.com

Assuming you are still talking about making the playlist invisible... Have you tried the "INVISIBLE PLAYER" option on the Playlist Generator? Display Mode: EMBED: Adds the MP3 Player on the web page where code is placed -->INVISIBLE PLAYER: Adds the MP3 Player on the web page and player will be Invisible<-- TEXT LINK: Creates a text link that launches the MP3 player POPOUT: Plays music in a separate window (best for continuous play)
