I have class members who have sent our treasurer checks registering for the upcoming event that have not joined the site. Most of them do not have computers. I would like to know how to edit the system to show them on the attending list.

Also, is there a way to indicate attending for those who sent in checks (are members of the site)but didn't indicate attending themselves or do I have to call each one of them and talk them through the process?

If you go to Reunion Planner you should see a selection called Attendees. Open that and at the bottom you can add attendees from your list of classmates. Makes no difference if they have joined the site or not.

Yes, what F C said. Reunion Planner > Attendees > button at bottom of page that says: Add Classmate or Guess Attendee on your Class List
