Hi, Is there a way to lock all profiles globally AND allow any individual to unlock just their own profile for anyone to view? Thanks,

You already have the "Profile Privacy Override" which is turned on here at Class Creator. This means that all classmate profiles are protected and they cannot turn the protection off. There is NOT a way to allow classmates to unlock their profile if you have the "Profile Privacy Override" turned on.
