How to edit Tiny Scroll Bar

The scroll bar on the right side of my window is a very thin thing. I used to be able to alter it (at least the color) by going to Admin - Change Design - Site Colors. Well, I just completed watching and applying the 5 videos to create a Responsive Design for the site. Any idea how to make my thin scroll bar larger in Responsive Design?

Screenshot 2022-11-01 153740.jpg The scroll bar looks ok to me on Brave as shown on the attached screen shot. Also looks ok in Chrome and Edge though perhaps not quite as wide in Brave and Edge.
