Suddenly not an authorized admin

I've transferred funds before. Last time just a couple of weeks ago. But there is money available for withdrawal today and when I click on the Withdraw funds button I get this: ERROR: You are not authorized for this admin page. [51] How can that be? I am still the root administrator in the Preferences section. Please help. We've been having quite a time with the website lately and really want a break from class business for a while!! Thanks

I suspect that you somehow accessed the page when you were not logged in.

Not the case. I was logged in on Safari from my phone and iPad, Google chrome and Windows Edge on my laptop. And I couldn't access the withdrawal page from any of them.

And I just checked again. I can edit site pages and other things while logged in. I can't withdraw funds.

It appears that you have 94.10 available. Is that the amount you would like me to withdraw for you?
