Platinum Upgrade

There used to be a way to upgrade to platinum and/or extend by 5 or 10 years. I can't find either of these options. I only see the ability to extend current level by 3 more years.

I also don't see a way to switch to Platinum (I'm not looking to, as I'm happy with Premium). I wonder if inflation has caused CC to not venture beyond 3 year extensions. You may wish to call them at (734) 585-5605.

Strange, I have the option to upgrade to Platinum on all seven sites for which I have admin access. The maximum length of time is three years though.

Okay, now I see how to upgrade to Platinum. Under Admin Functions, click on Subscription and you'll see "Select a Platinum Upgrade Option." But, the maximum time is three years.

I've attached a screenshot of what I see under Admin Functions > Subscription. We have Premium Plus email, with 5107 days remaining in the subscription (years ago, we took advantage of some specials and extended it way out).

Notice at the bottom how it mentions we can "Select a Platinum Upgrade Option" and above that it shows the time increment we can add - maximum of three years.

Here is a more complete screenshot. By the way, it's the same on Firefox, Chrome, and Edge on a PC, and same result on Android. If yours is an Apple-centric design environment, I sometimes find such design house's products only work on Apple products, suggesting they did minimal testing on other platforms. No offense intended, it's a reality I have encountered three times, so far (not counting here).

I tried it on an old iPhone 8 I have hanging around for such times. That's not the problem. I tried it on both Chrome and Safari. Same look. No clickable links other than Add Ti,e, which keeps me at Premium.

Interesting! My screen is what appears on my desktop PC in Chrome and Edge and also on my Pixel 8 smartphone using Android 14.

I understand. This is a problem that I'm not in control of. Let's at least solve my immediate need to give you folks more money and perform what my committee has approved. We want to upgrade immediately to Platimum and have that extend for the maximum period of three years (either from now or from when our current 5-year subscription would have ended). Since I cannot enter my financial information on your website, please have someone call me so that we can at least solve this problem in a few minutes.

Gosh, I hope they monitor these things. I've left voice mail with them twice. I hit good service back in 2019. I'm hoping to see a return to that level of quality, since Premium Plus included personal service.

I will respond with detailed information in your other contact form. The option is there now to upgrade to platinum.
