This might be a dumb question, can a classmate remove their email address without creating a profile? I know that a specific classmate had an email at one point and now its gone, she has never created a profile? Im just worried that somehow I might have deleted it, dont want to put it back if she doesnt want it..

Nope. The only thing I can imagine is you or a co-Admin inadvertently deleted it.
