Reunion Dinner Refund

A classmate had to cancel due to a family emergency. Instead of just deleting their order, which I should have done, I decreased the quantity to 0, but then there was no Issue Refund button. Now on the attendees page, it's showing up in the Amount Owed column as a negative number. How do I fix this? The classmate is Evelyn Knox.

There was no "ISSUE REFUND" button because there was a "$0.00" balance in your reunion fund. You need to have money in your ClassCreator account to issue a refund. Now to issue her a refund, you will need to write her a check for the amount owed.
