I put thru a test registration of myself to see how it would work. I now want to delete it and pay by Credit Card. It says to refund from our Class site. I have no idea what you mean. I just want to delete the registration.

If someone had actually paid by check it is just reminding you to refund them when you delete their registration. If someone pays by credit card and you delete it the refund happens automatically back to their card. With manual payments like checks the admin would need to refund it manually.
