I received the following message from a classmate:

Hello, I have been attempting to upload new photos for a couple of weeks and have been unsuccessful. When it has uploaded the photos, there is a blank box and when I click on the box, it tells me the web page cannot be found. However, I can e-mail these same photos. Has anyone else expressed difficulties with uploading??

Any suggestions for me to tell her?
