One of my classmates has sent a video he recorded and sent it to my e-mail. He has asked that I post it to his profile. I don't know how to format it.

Ask your classmate to load it up at YouTube.com and get the embed code for it. He/she can then paste the embed code directly into one of his profile answer spaces. (You just paste it in as text; there's no "SOURCE" button.)
