Classmate needs to delete private message

I have a classmate that can't delete all of there private messages and asked if I could do it for her. I don't see any options for this so I am sure I can't do that. How do I tell her how to delete them... Sharon

Are you referring to messages in the Message Center or somewhere else on the site? What happens when she tries to delete them? Is she getting some type of error?
