"I can't get to our website. It tells me to enter my email and when I do it tells me it's invalid.
Any suggestions?"

Use Edit Classmates to look in her Details, check that it's a valid email format, and confirm with her that's the one she's using. If it is, she can enter the address and then click on Forgot Password. If the system accepts the email address she entered, she'll get an email at that address letting her change the password. If not, she's not entering it correctly.
