This is a cross-post. Also in General. I know I've done this before but I can't seem to get it right. I want ONLY a colored table border - I do not want borders on the cells within the table. Attached is what the first part of my source looks like now. (finally got it!) How can I fix it to give me a border for the whole table only?

It is http://www.pktalphagamma.com/The-Temple-Journal.htm You will see that I created a sort-of border, which I really don't like.

You could do the old "Table inside of a one-cell table" trick. Create a one row, one column table, give it a table border. Then create another table inside of that table that is the real table with the number of rows and columns that you want, but this table doesn't have any borders.

I had thought of that but didn't. I now have changed it to that. Thanks.
