As administrator, how can I update detail and profile information for a disabled classmate? His brother, lately deceased, originally entered his information and password. Now my classmate needs to have birth date and phone number added to his data.
I have already tried to update his information without success.

If you have permission to log in as the classmate, then you will need to obtain their password and log in as them to do this. If you simply add the information as the admin, the system will not display certain information for privacy purposes. The only way is to log in directly as the classmate.
