Is there a report showing the totals for the funds page? I am creating an Excel spreadsheet, but would ike to have confirmation of totals.

Hi Clara,

No there is not a separate funds page report or totals - the page itself includes all activities related to credit card payments, fees, withdrawals and refunds.

There are other reports that include the amounts invoiced and due (if paying by check) and attendee reports under the Event Planner > Quick Links > Reports page.

I don't understand why there were funds processed via Product manager. Where did those funds come in? We had no products.

There were no funds from the Product Manager. It does look like one of the withdrawals was initiated on that page. All three sections (Product Manager, Donation Manager and Event Planner) feed into the same Funds section as that is the ledger for any credit card payments, refunds or withdrawals anywhere on your site.
