Regarding "Email The Class" selection criteria?

I'm looking for is the ability to email classmates who registered on the website & indicated they were going to attend, but have not registered or paid for tickets yet. Since we're not using online payment, the admin (me) will have to go into Reunion Planner for each classmate and edit their registration/payment info if they haven't entered it themselves.

To help, how about 2 more email categories (words to the effect:
1. "All members who paid".
2. "All members who have not paid"

Now, my only option is to manually create a email address list using confirmed registration/payment info from my reunion committee and generate emails external to CC.

Sounds plausible to me. Rick? Can we show these two options ONLY if a site has an active reunion on?
