Our site is a multi year site and as such when I as the admin receive the new classmate notification it would sure help if this notification included the class year of the person that registered. Is this something I can set of is it something Class creator has to add? We have a site that covers 70 years I have loaded 2 years now and so already have over 1100 classmates entered. I check each new registration and go in and correct any formatting mistakes the people make while registering e.g no space in postal code, postal code with lower case letters, Phone numbers not using the dash etc

Mike - was this already completed via another request? I seem to remember another request on this. You would probably remember doing it if you did. It would be a great addition.

There was a request a while back to show the site name on Admin notifies, and that did happen. Not sure if it shows the year for the joining classmate on a multi-year site though.

Yes, it does show in two places.

2. At the top of the body of the message:

McHenry High School Alumni McHenry, IL 1892 - Present

(Name) 1968 has joined!
