Reunion registration not showing up on list

Using the option to sort Classmate Profiles by who is attending our Saturday night event, one of the classmates noticed her name isn't shown. I confirmed her registration went through in April, and she's on our transaction list. Could you see why Paula Jenkins' name doesn't work if we do the sort? She's the only one to notice this, but is it possible we have others? Thanks!

Yes, it is possible you have others. To fix the problem, go to Event Planner, EDIT, Transactions, click on her name, Click the PENCIL icon. Check the "Guest is a classmate". Save the changes. If this is not checked, the classmate will not show up on the Classmate Profiles page as going.

What exCtly did she do that caused this, Kyle? I thought the default when a classmate registered was that classmate field is checked. Did it get un-checked somehow?
