Responsive Design - Background

I recently changed one of my websites to the Responsive Design. On my phone, it only utilizes about 2/3 of the background screen with a black line running down the middle and the rest shown in grey. I started "fixing" a couple of the sections, but you will need to do a few more. You need to get out of the habit of using tables. Tables will break the responsive design as they will not scale your content.
