Last Thursday I entered payment information into the reunion planner - it said that there would be 2 deposits of not more that $0.25 each in our checking acct within 2-3 business days, but we still have not seen them. What should I do now?

You're close but it actually says those initial test deposits can take up to 5 business days. Based on your bank and location it in fact often does take the full 5 business days. Thus if you did the setup on Thursday, you are now on business day 3 today. Thus it's possible you won't see your test deposits until this Thursday, which is business day #5.
