No Cookies on Her Mac

One of our classmates has tried to registser. She entered her e-mail address and a password and an "invalid" message appeared. When she continued to try, a message about "no cookies" then showed up. She is using a Mac. Any ideas as to why she can't register?

They will need cookies turned on. This process is different on all browsers and version so they will need to check the help screens on their browser for instructions to turn that back on. I can't tell from you post with browser they are using - they might want to download Firefox for Mac - it seems to be the most compatible.
