Is it possible to email all of the attendees without selecting 130 people by hand. Also, is it possible to add emails of spouses that are not actually members of the site?

Hi Thea, Yes - go to Event Planner > Quick Links > Reports There is a Attendees report for each activity. Underneath the report is an option to email all registered or email all who have not yet registered. Jessica
