Members not able to logon to the site

We have two members who are married to each other. They both have the same email address, but they had separate passwords. We have had the site for a couple of years now and they have never had a problem logging on, but now neither can. What do they need to do in order to get back onto the site.

Sounds like they need to clear their Cache and Cookies, close the browser completely, and try again. Sounds like the browser is not clearing properly. If they continue to have issues, please have them call us. 734-585-5605
