Last nite I sent emails thru the website to people to fill out their profiles. Two of those people now can't log on with their emails. One was working on it today and then got off and then couldn't log back on. Did the emails from the site to the classmates change something?

I have a classmate who is also having trouble logging in. She says the site will not accept her email address or password. She had not logged in previously at all. Can you give us any suggestions?

First verify the Classmate is typing in an email address that matches your record in the system. Verify this letter for letter. If this holds true, then have the Classamte click the "Lost Password" link on your home page login box to recover her password.
