"Turn on IM" missing in Responsive Design

Turn on IM disappeared from Member Functions when I moved to the Responsive Design. The only way for me to restart the IM now, is to log out and log in again.

I was wondering what happened to the im feature, I was wondering if ive turned it off somewhere. Kindly turn on for me too. Thanks

If you have turned it off, please clear your cache and cookies. It will reappear upon the next log in. I will ask the programmer the status.

The issue with the IM has been fixed by the programmer.
