I would like to have a LIVE CHAT practice session with the co-admins for our site before I make that link avaiable to all by putting it on the list. Is there a way for us to get to it without it being avaiable to all?

Sure, Just follow these steps and send the URL to your admins you want to chat with.

Edit Site Pages,
Activate LIVE CHAT temporarily.
When "Live Chat" appears on the left-side menu, right-click on LIVE CHAT link and copy the link location
Then DEACTIVATE the Live Chat option so other classmates cannot see it
Open a new tab and paste your URL you copied: http://www.madison61.com/class_live_chat_popup.cfm
Now send that URL to all of the admins you want to chat with and schedule a time with them so you can chat.
