What is the best way to ensure our announcements are not stuck at the bottom of the Home Page below the Playlist Icon?

You have two choices -- display announcements at the top & display at the bottom of the page. This is configurable by using the red & green arrows on the EDIT SITE PAGES/EDIT HOME PAGE I edited the widths of your playlist so that it fits nicely in your home page content, so there won't be a gap between your home page content and the playlist. The maximum width of HOME PAGE CONTENT items is 420.

Thank you so muchfor you r swift reply. I was trying to avoid having it on the top of the content section.
