email address change for classmate, orginal is invalid

I updated my assistant administrator's email address as her old email was no longer valid. Since her old email was not valid, if you sent verification she could not confirm it. Now she is unable to log in to our website. How to correct this asap please? She has tried both her old and update email addresses to log in. Help

Change the password and send her the new password. Could also also have her click "forgot password" with the NEW email address. That should also work. If not, that's a CC bug
