How do you export survey results to Excel? When I select the export function a blank Excel spreadsheet appears. No data is included.

If you have either Excel 2010 or Excel 2013 what you're experiencing has been caused by a Microsoft update to those programs.

You can get the downloaded Excel file to open by doing the following:
Save the file, then right click it, click Properties, and then click Unblock next to the "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer." warning. After doing this, the file can be opened as before (with the warning about the file extension and formatting not matching).

I've also found that Excel will open a file that you download in csv format.

I'm using Excel 2010.
