Any other sites find that the NOTIFY ME emails are seldom, if ever going out as the members have subscribed to such?

I realize that Jessica - as do a couple hundred of my classmates. I am having to reach out to them via my personal email to let them know of changes to the site such as In Memory, Announcements, etc.

I am having the same problem. I use Class Creator as the platform for my condo association. Right now we have a super hot topic going on and some people are not receiving notifications. I checked to make sure their "Notify Me" screen is set up to receive "Immediate" notifications of messages posted to the Message Forum and some people are not getting them.

One item to note regarding Notify Me notices. They only go out if the user has not already seen the page. If there is an area where users are actively making comments or returning to the site and have already seen the notice they will not receive a separate notice. If they have seen the message forum they won't get another notice about it etc. Jessica
