“Keep Me Logged In”???? This does NOT work! What can we do to fix this??

Typically this is a cookie setting issue. Somehow your cookies are being deleted, This is controlled by the settings on your browser. Your users are OK, unless they also removed the cookies. Check your cookie settings. The location varies a bit depending on your browser. Here is one link for Chrome. Search for your browser to see where to change or check.
