It appears that the batch jobs you run to send email notifications are not working properly.
For example, yesterday, our admin posted an In Memory and checked to "notify class". He contacted me directly to let me know to look for the email today.
I checked my email this morning and no email was sent. Have checked both my inbox and my junk folder. This appears to be an on-ongoing problem because I never received the email about our class reunion, but apparently some of our classmates did (because my friend forwarded it to me).
Please advise concerning the status of this ongoing challenge. Thank you.

I just read the Microsoft (msn & hotmail) batch email requirements to prevent spam risk. Yes, they are a big pain, but what is causing the problem with not making the necessary changes required to fix the problem?

I did create an alternate gmail account which should solve the problem for me ... fingers crossed. But doesn't really solve the actual issue.

Thank you for focusing on this problem.

I am delighted to report that msn is now receiving email from classcreator.
I am assuming that means that hotmail, outlook and live are also working.
Thank you!

Hi Barbara,

We have been working on a major email upgrade. We had tested the system with hotmail/msn etc. prior to launching and have made sure to report that the migration over to the new system is complete. There may be a few tweaks in these early days, however, things are going well so far.

I'm happy to year you are receiving the messages.
