I hate to keep posting here but emails and phone calls arent being responded to. This is the only thing that seems to work. We never received the small deposits to confirm our account. Finally on theb23rd cc agreed to send a check. I provided the name and address. That was July 23rd. We still havent received the check and my request asking for confirmation it was mailed has gone unanswered. Besides that, I had to pay for support just to get a response on this issue and I'll soon be charged for another month. This is rediculous. My next step is to ask my classmates to dispute all their credit card payments.
