Need to know what browser, what OS. How old? PC needs to be at least Windows 7 and corresponding newer browsers. Don't know about Apple stuff, but it all works ok on my 4 year old iPad. Is this a new problem and it used to work? Verify she did NOT disable cookies. That's the most common issue. CC requires cookies to be enabled. Some people disable them because of "gossip" that says they are "bad". Cookie options typically set in Settings, Privacy and Security. Could be a corrupted system. And that would be pretty much impossible to cure remotely. First step is power off and reboot system. Then verify all the settings.
