I'd recommend setting up a dedicated threaded forum topic for this purpose. That's the best way to have an interactive feature like this.

Then when people see the topic, they can reply and post a response. Your Message Forums are similar to these ADMIN forums. I am right now posting a reply to the topic "Add a comments Button". This ADMIN forum has different FORUMS (Report a bug, Suggestions & Feedback, etc.).
