Is it our email system that is now faulty?
Or has something changed within class creator?

Also, when I send out a change to my class, several are now getting bounced email account accounts when they have not changed anything.

Please respond when available
Thank you

I suspect that these bounces were there all the time. Class Creator fixed showing bounces - they were not showing before.

We had the same thing a few weeks ago. Bounces finally started appearing again. Although three were not detected. I did a mass email using Gmail last year and found out all the bounced emails that were not showing Smile

So this might just be good news for your site.

I'd posted in another post "28 new Bounce Backs in 10days".

The fix of the bounce system may account for part of the problem, but not all of it.

Part of the problem appears to be that ClassCreator has a BAD REPUTATION on Trend Micro. (identified under VIEW on the bounced email) not justified, but probably from the volume of emails they send out.

Even if the bounce reporting system was recently fixed and is now showing more of the bounces that were previously missed, that does not explain why my own valid email address bounced four times in rapid succession while under 20% full. A healthy mailbox does not reject mail unless there is a capacity issue or a policy block, so this repeated pattern points to an upstream filtering or reputation problem, not a reporting change.

The recurring systemic error is 450 4.7.1 Trend Micro ERS?QIL, showing that the sending IP 185.235.225.152 is currently flagged for poor reputation. When an IP is listed in ERS?QIL, receiving servers may defer or reject mail even when the mailbox is valid — which matches the repeated bounces on my own address.

The sending IP needs to be reviewed and cleared through Trend Micro Email Reputation Services, and there may be additional reputation providers involved. Many mail systems use multiple reputation feeds (Spamhaus, Proofpoint, Cisco Talos, Microsoft SNDS, etc.), so if one IP in the outbound pool is listed anywhere, it can cause intermittent bounces depending on which server handles a given message.

This indicates the issue is with the sending IP (sorry ClassCreator), not individual recipients, and requires action from the sending provider.

Sincerely

Gary Scott
