Remove outdated information

I'm trying to remove events that are still listed on our site from 2017 to make room for upcoming 2027 events, but when I try to delete them I get a message saying "This activity is part of a previous order. You cannot delete it." Please advise.

Hi Peter, You don't want to attempt to overwrite a prior event. If you go to Event Planner there is a New Event that you can edit and go to Quick Links > Edit This Event to set up. The prior event has accounting information and attendance information that would carry forward if you tried to use it again. It is always best to start a new event. Jessica
